FREE ESTIMATE – Initial walk through to discuss any questions you may have about the concrete sealing process.
We take measurements and an estimate of areas to be cleaned and sealed.
Surface Wash
Professional pressure wash and surface cleaning to prepare concrete to be sealed.
*Some set-in stains and oils may not fully remove from wash. Additional cleaning additives and oil release may be needed. Ask representative about areas that may need additional attention.
Our Concrete Sealing Process
Seal Now will apply two separate concrete sealing coats to newly washed surfaces. Washed and wet concrete helps to break the surface tension and helps the sealer absorb into the porous concrete. Sealer will continue to cure within the concrete for 24 hours after application.
Concrete Clean Up
Seal Now will clean up and water rinse greenery, windows and doors that may have over-spray. Removal of masking plastic or any need masking materials used.
Vehicles should stay off sealed driveways and concrete areas for 24 hours.. Seal now will caution tape off drive entrance upon completion of service.
Services include an initial walk-through and estimate of concrete areas to be cleaned and sealed. Next comes a professional surface wash to prepare the surface to be sealed. Finally, Seal Now will apply professional-grade concrete sealer to dry surfaces and mark off areas to dry before vehicle or foot traffic on sealed surfaces.
