25-Year Product Guarantee
Our penetrating wood and concrete sealant products are guaranteed to perform as specified for twenty-five (25) years when properly applied and maintained under normal use and environmental conditions.
If the product fails to perform as intended — including premature surface deterioration or wood rot — Seal Now will provide replacement product to restore performance at no additional product cost.
Coverage Requires
- Products applied per Seal Now specifications and label instructions
- Surfaces properly prepared prior to application
- Normal use and conditions on the sealed surface
- Reasonable ongoing care and maintenance
Does not cover: Wood staining, concrete staining, decorative concrete sealers, waterproof sealers, or garage floor coatings. This guarantee covers penetrating wood and concrete sealers only.
Transferable. Coverage transfers to new property owners who contact Seal Now within 45 days of acquiring ownership.
Workmanship Warranty
All application services for wood and concrete sealing are performed in accordance with industry standards and Seal Now application procedures.
If a defect in workmanship is identified, Seal Now will correct the affected area at no additional labor cost within the warranty period.
Covers
- Improper or uneven application
- Missed or untreated areas
- Premature peeling or failure caused by application error
Conditions
- Surfaces were in suitable condition at time of service
- No pre-existing structural or surface issues contributed to failure
- Surface has not been altered or treated by others after application
- Normal use and reasonable care maintained, including surface washing
Does not cover: Normal wear and tear, weathering, or fading · damage from chemicals, de-icing agents, or misuse · cracking, shifting, or movement of concrete substrates · acts of nature, including extreme weather or flooding.
The Product Guarantee is limited to replacement of product only. Labor, application costs, and any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are not included. This guarantee provides specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
